Everycontractor.com stole my money

Approx. 18 months ago i got several calls from everycontractor.com.They offered a money back guaranty to provide me:unlimited leads, 12 jobs, enough to cover my fee's or my money back.
1 year I received: No jobs, 3 leads, not even 1 bidding opportunity. requested my money back, they refused.
I then researched them with "b.b.b.",
"consumer affairs, & "ripoff reports", & found so many complaints (similar to mine) I lost count,
and feel like a gullible fool.
I checked again, there still in business.
& offering the same guaranty with no warning that they won"t honer it.
